Housed at the Renaissance hotel in Aix-en-Provence, Fabien Galthié’s players can count on the adaptability of their residence, which has notably enlarged the players’ beds. Furthermore, the hotel was not even privatized, to the delight of other guests who were able to interact with the French.
The XV of France has only one match left to play in this group A, against Italy, next October 6. In the meantime, the Blues will be able to prepare peacefully in their 5-star hotel located in Aix en Provence who pulled out all the stops to welcome the host country of this Rugby World Cup 2023.

In the podcast The Rooster Crows broadcast on Rugby Rama, Florence Bezault, the hotel manager Renaissance where the players stay XV of France returned to the reception of French rugby players: “ The core business of a 5-star hotel is to adapt to customer demands. “Cohabitation with other customers? She’s going very well”
The particularity is also that the hotel has not been privatized by the Blues staff. The other hotel guests were therefore able to see the players of the XV of France, and cohabitation went very well according to Florence Bezault : « Cohabitation with other customers? It’s going very well. We have 133 rooms. Not all rooms are reserved for welcoming teams. On the other hand, our customers are informed that there will be a special presence. They were very pleasantly surprised, and enjoyed seeing the players. There was a very good atmosphere, and I think that this accessibility and these exemplary behaviors are a bit like the values conveyed by rugby. »
