Like every day, Midi Libre takes stock of the expected weather in France and Occitanie this Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
It will be sunny in a large part of France with the exception of Brittany and, in contrast, the Mediterranean coast. Clouds with strong winds precede a rainy front in the North West. In the South-East, the sky is clouding over and some showers are likely on the coast.
We note a return of coolness with certain sectors which will lose more than ten degrees, particularly in the North-West. The sun remains generous over a strip going from the southwest to the east of the country. During the afternoon, sometimes sustained and stormy showers are to be feared in the Mediterranean regions, particularly between Languedoc and Provence. But nothing compares to the torrential rains of the weekend….
Rainy Thursday
Over the rest of the region, a cloudy veil will remain significant for a large part of the day. Temperatures will be cool at daybreak. Rain is expected during the afternoon over a large part of the region in particular. In the evening, eastern Hérault and Gard may still be affected by a few drops of rain, temperatures remain pleasant, unlike the rest of the country with a clear cooling.
The disturbance crossing the country on Thursday will be accompanied by a clear refresh with the return of a #freshness much more autumnal over almost the entire #France. Some sectors may lose 10 to 14°C compared to the day before. pic.twitter.com/fZtYDPliqm
